Datanamics uses the concept of 'DataModules' to provide a wide range of additional data management possibilities. DataModules allows the core Datanamics application to be transformed from a basic contacts and sales order processor, to whatever your organization requires, and in so doing, allows Datanamics to be molded into your organizations style of working.

With DataModules providing data management capabilities for organizations in the insurance, freight forwarding, advertising, employee recruitment, real estate, and online e-commerce retail industries, the options are varied and totally flexible.

DATA MANAGEMENT MODULES allow for the creation, editing and general processing of specific types of information e.g., the DataCONTACTS module allows the management of all contacts for the Datanamics application, and the DataPRODUCTS module manages the products within Datanamics.
Data Management Modules are always visually represented within Datanamics, usually with their dedicated tables, searching capabilities and reports, which could be directly accessed by the user.

DATA FUNCTIONALITY MODULES add data processing functionality within Datanamics, either by allowing for the presentation or background processing of the data. A simple example would be the inclusion of a word processor, or a mail address verification routine for ensuring that your labeling is always correct.

DataSMS	'Short Message Sending' messaging management, allowing for both sending and receiving of SMS messages, which will be routed to the correct recipient and stored for future reference
DataPAF	Integrates the Royal Mail's 'Postcode Address File' data for correct contact addressing, and ensures correspondence arrives at it's intended destination
DataTRIP	'Travel Route Internet Processing' allows the integration of travel route planning from a starting point postcode/address to an ending point postcode/address, including multi-drop scenarios between starting point and ending point
DataSYNC	Allows data synchronization between two or more single-user copies of Datanamics

DATA INTEGRATION MODULES & EXTERNALS allow Datanamics to integrate with external applications using industry standard processes, techniques, tools and libraries. By utilizing various technologies, ranging from the basic text file, to the extremely popular XML/SOAP libraries, Datanamics is able to exchange data with a wide variety of both 'off-the-shelf' programs and other custom developed applications. A perfect example would be the ability to move data back and forth to an accounting program, or an online e-commerce store.

Datanamics_ENTERPRISE	Allows Datanamics to be connected to a corporate network server for multi-user access. Uses industry standard database servers like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server , Oracle, Sybase and even Filemaker, Microsoft Access and 4th Dimension databases
Datanamics_WEB	Allows Datanamics to used as a network server for both a corporate intranet and the 'world-wide-web' internet
DataCommerce_NP	Full featured e-Commerce store (includes a stand-alone copy of Datanamics)
DataCommerce_DP	Full featured e-Commerce store with integration with Datanamics
